5 week course - £100 Looking for a fun, constructive way to channel your dog’s natural drive, energy, and working instincts? Whether you have a Spaniel, Retriever, HPR, or any breed that loves to hunt, retrieve, and stay on the go, our Pet Gundog Foundations course turns everyday working instincts into brilliant life skills. This 5-week block is designed purely for fun and everyday obedience—no shooting, no field trials, and zero pressure! Using 100% positive, reward-based methods, we’ll build laser focus, rock-solid impulse control, and reliable outdoor responsiveness. What We Cover * The Whistle Recall: Build a fast, enthusiastic response to the whistle—even around high-value distractions. * Steady Waits & Impulse Control: Help your dog learn patience around moving objects, thrown dummies, and exciting environments. * Tight Heelwork: Turn pulling into focused, stylish heelwork by your side. * The Art of the Retrieve: Teach a clean, gentle pick-up and a reliable delivery to hand. * Search & Scent Games: Tap into your dog’s nosework skills with fun dummy searches in long grass. * And much more! Course Details * Duration: 5 Weeks * Price: £110 per dog * Class Size: Strictly limited to 4–5 dogs max for personalized coaching and plenty of working space. * When: Monday evenings at 6:45 PM * Where: Littlecoates community centre Suitable for dogs of all ages who have basic foundation training and are comfortable working in a group setting.
